These Terms govern your use of the Only Merchant Services website and independent phone and internet bill-payment services.
1. Independent service
We are not a telecommunications carrier, internet service provider, utility company, or carrier-owned website. Provider names and trademarks are used only to identify eligible services. We do not control provider accounts, networks, systems, policies, acceptance, posting time, or service restoration.
2. Scope of service
We may review customer-provided details and submit eligible payment transactions through available payment channels. We do not provide consumer technical assistance, network troubleshooting, password recovery, account recovery, device repair, remote computer access, or carrier account administration.
3. Customer responsibility
You must provide accurate information, have authority to request payment on the identified account, review all details, and approve the full total before authorization. You are responsible for errors caused by incorrect provider, account, telephone number, ZIP code, payment amount, or other information you provide.
4. Fees and authorization
Every listed package includes a fixed 2.5% merchant service fee and a fixed 2.5% processing fee. Together, these fees equal 5% of the bill-payment amount. The bill-payment amount, both fees, and the complete customer charge are displayed before authorization. No payment should be submitted until you authorize the total. Your provider may separately assess account-level charges under its own terms.
5. Availability and timing
Availability, eligibility, acceptance, posting, service restoration, and confirmation depend on the provider and payment channel. We do not guarantee instant posting, successful acceptance, or a particular outcome.
6. Refunds and cancellations
Refund eligibility depends on transaction status, provider rules, the payment channel, and work already performed. Completed or successfully submitted provider payments may be final and non-refundable. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Communications
By contacting us, you consent to receive service-related communications regarding your request. Marketing messages, when used, require any consent required by law and may be stopped through the provided opt-out method.
8. Prohibited use
You may not use the website or service for fraud, unauthorized account activity, unlawful transactions, interference with systems, impersonation, or submission of information you are not permitted to use.
9. Disclaimers
The website and service are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, provider acceptance, instant posting, or restoration of provider service.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, provider outages, provider decisions, customer-supplied errors, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version posted on this page applies from its stated effective date.
