Privacy Policy

Legal operator: Only Merchant Services LLC operates this website and service.

Effective date: July 18, 2026

Only Merchant Services LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website and provides independent phone and internet bill-payment services. This Privacy Policy explains the information we may collect from website visitors, customers, and authorized account holders; how we use, retain, protect, and disclose that information; and the choices available to you.

Third-party platforms: Where applicable, an eligible transaction may be processed through VidaPay, a platform operated by T-Cetra LLC, or through another provider, payment processor, financial institution, or retail payment channel. Those third parties have their own privacy practices. This policy applies to information handled by Only Merchant Services and does not replace a third party’s policy.

1. Scope and acceptance

This policy applies to information collected through this website and through communications with Only Merchant Services, including telephone, email, and transaction-related contacts. By requesting a service, you confirm that you are authorized to provide the account and contact information submitted and, when you provide information about another person, that you have permission to do so.

2. Information we may collect

Information you provide directly

  • Contact information: name, phone number, email address, mailing address, and preferred contact method.
  • Provider and account information: provider name, service category, telephone or account identifier, billing ZIP code, payment amount, account-status details you choose to provide, and information reasonably required by an available payment channel.
  • Transaction information: requested denomination, 2.5% merchant service fee, 2.5% processing fee, complete customer charge, transaction date, confirmation or authorization reference, payment status, and refund or dispute information.
  • Payment information: payment-card or financial information may be entered into or handled through a third-party processor, virtual terminal, VidaPay, or another payment channel when applicable. Do not send full card numbers, security codes, passwords, PINs, or security answers by ordinary email or website message.
  • Communications: call notes, emails, questions, complaints, transaction-status requests, and any information you voluntarily provide.

Information collected automatically

When you use the website, our hosting, security, analytics, advertising, and communications providers may automatically collect technical and usage information, including IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, date and time, approximate location derived from IP, cookie identifiers, and similar log information.

3. How we use information

  • To determine whether a requested provider, account type, and payment amount may be eligible.
  • To prepare, verify, submit, document, and assist with authorized bill-payment transactions.
  • To communicate transaction status, confirmation information, service limitations, refunds, disputes, and customer-service responses.
  • To prevent, detect, and investigate fraud, unauthorized activity, security incidents, chargebacks, and violations of our terms.
  • To operate, secure, analyze, troubleshoot, maintain, and improve the website and services.
  • To create aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify an individual.
  • To comply with legal, tax, accounting, processor, provider, payment-channel, and record-retention obligations.

4. How we disclose information

We do not sell personal information for money. We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary to:

  • Transaction partners: VidaPay/T-Cetra where applicable, telecommunications or internet providers, payment processors, acquiring banks, card networks, financial institutions, retail payment locations, and other available payment channels.
  • Business service providers: website hosting, security, fraud prevention, analytics, call, email, customer-management, accounting, legal, and professional-service providers.
  • Parties you authorize: a person or entity you ask us to contact or share information with.
  • Legal and safety purposes: courts, law enforcement, regulators, government authorities, or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect customers, our business, or the public.
  • Business changes: a buyer, successor, adviser, or other participant in a proposed or completed merger, financing, asset sale, reorganization, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable safeguards.

Service providers are expected to use information only for the services they perform or as otherwise permitted by law and their agreements.

5. Payment-card information

Payment-card information should be provided only through the payment method or secure third-party system identified during the transaction. We do not intentionally request full payment-card details through an ordinary contact form or email. Third-party payment systems may collect, process, store, or tokenize payment information under their own terms and privacy policies. We may retain transaction references, authorization codes, amounts, last-four-digit identifiers, and records reasonably necessary for reconciliation, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal compliance.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, web beacons, local storage, and similar technologies for essential site functions, security, analytics, call or advertising measurement, and remembering preferences. Browser settings and any cookie-consent tool displayed on the website can be used to control certain technologies. Disabling cookies may limit site functionality. Where required, non-essential cookies should be used only after the required consent.

7. Data retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, including completing and documenting transactions, maintaining financial and tax records, responding to disputes, preventing fraud, enforcing agreements, and complying with legal or payment-channel requirements. Retention periods vary by information type and transaction status. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we take appropriate steps to delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it.

8. Information security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access restrictions and appropriate use of secured third-party systems. No website, telephone call, email, electronic transmission, payment channel, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Customers should not send passwords, PINs, security answers, full card details, or unrelated sensitive information through ordinary email or unsecured messages.

9. Your choices and privacy rights

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we maintain about you, subject to identity verification and legal, transaction, fraud-prevention, and record-retention exceptions. You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications using the method provided in the communication. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights to know, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, or limit certain uses or disclosures of personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

10. Call recordings and communications

Calls may be monitored or recorded for quality, training, fraud prevention, transaction documentation, and dispute resolution when permitted by law. Where consent is required, notice should be provided before recording. Service-related calls, emails, or text messages may be used to complete or assist with a requested transaction. Marketing communications are subject to any separate consent required by law.

11. Children’s privacy

The website and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information without appropriate authorization.

12. Third-party websites and services

Links to VidaPay, a provider, payment processor, or another third-party website are provided for convenience or transaction purposes. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices. Review the privacy policy of each third party before providing information.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in law, technology, services, or business practices. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the website after an update is subject to the posted policy.
