No carrier ownership or operation
We are not a telecommunications carrier, wireless network operator, internet service provider, utility company, or carrier-owned website. We do not operate provider networks, control provider accounts, set provider prices, or make provider eligibility decisions.
Trademark use
Provider names, logos, plan names, and service marks belong to their respective owners. Names may be used only to identify a customer’s requested provider or an eligible payment service. Such references do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, ownership, partnership, or official assistance unless a specific relationship is clearly stated and can be verified.
Provider-dependent outcomes
Availability, acceptance, posting time, service restoration, account status, balances, and provider charges depend on the provider and applicable payment channel. We do not guarantee instant posting, immediate restoration, or universal eligibility.
No technical assistance
We do not provide network troubleshooting, device repair, router installation, password recovery, account recovery, or other consumer technical-assistance services.
