We help customers identify the intended provider account, review the amount and applicable fees, authorize the transaction, and retain available confirmation details.
What we do
- Review customer-provided provider and account information.
- Explain the available payment process and material charges before authorization.
- Submit eligible transactions through available payment channels.
- Provide confirmation details when they are made available by the applicable channel.
What we do not do
We do not provide network troubleshooting, password recovery, device repair, router installation, carrier account administration, or other consumer technical-assistance services. We do not control provider systems, account status, posting time, acceptance, service restoration, or provider policies.
